Miette: A Video from San Francisco’s Most Charming Pastry Shop

I’ve been playing catch up with a ton of work projects and haven’t had any time to blog much. But I do have time to show you this sweet video about Miette and its creator Meg Ray. If you haven’t been to Miette yet, it’s a must see. The Hayes Valley shop is a dream come true for anyone who loves candy, pastels, florals and Parisian patisseries. Takes me back to Europe in an instant.

I love that Meg eats cake every day!

My good friend was a co-founder of Miette, then sold her share to Meg a couple years ago. Now Caitlin is creating art-inspired desserts at her husband’s Blue Bottle cafe at the SFMoma – a must see!

I love Blue Bottle but haven’t been to the MoMA location yet. That’s so cool! I must check it out soon.
